摘要
男性幼儿教师的存在是幼儿身心健康发展的需要,也是优化幼儿教育机构教职工性别结构的需要。当前,男性幼儿教师数量严重不足,分布极度不均衡,职场退却现象严重,这些已经成为阻碍我国学前教育事业进一步发展的绊脚石。本文从非经济因素的角度分析男性幼儿教师职场退却的原因,以便对症下药。
The development of children`s physical and psychological health and the optimizing of preschool in-stitutions`gender structure need male preschool teachers. But currently,the male teachers number are inadequate,the problem of their unbalanced distribution are serious,and most of them are resigning. All these are blocking further developments of the preschool career in our country. This article analyses the non- economic factors of male preschool teachers`resigns,to give appropriate measures.
