摘要 在体验经济时代,面对市场新的消费特点,服装院校如何在人才培养方向上进行创新是能否满足社会需求和提升教学质量的关键。在这种情况下,我院服装与服饰设计专业引入体验营销模式背景下的人才培养教学思路,积极实施教学探索和改革来适应企业的需求,构建"艺商工"复合型服装人才培养模式,提高学生的培养质量与就业率,以此吸引优质的教育资源与学生资源,提高我校服装与服饰设计专业办学的竞争力。 In experiencing economy - based time,the fashion schools,face up to new market consumption characteristics,whether the innovations of educational direction can meet the social needs and promote teaching quality is the key point. In such a situation,the major of Fashion and Accessories Design in our faculty is to introduce teaching ideas of talent cultivation in the context of experiential marketing,explore actively in teaching,form an“art- business- technique”cultivating mode of compound talents,improve teaching quality and raise the employment rate. The mode will attract more high- qulity educational resources and good students,in order to enhance the com-petitiveness of this major in Shanghai Business School.
