文心兰切花无病毒种苗组培快繁生产技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前文心兰工厂化育苗过程中种苗带病毒比率偏高的突出问题,笔者于近几年开展了文心兰切花无病毒种苗组培快繁生产技术研究,在取得一定成功经验的基础上总结了一套文心兰无病毒健康种苗工厂化生产的技术体系及其流程,为该切花健康种苗的组培快繁生产提供参考。 Aiming at outstanding problem on higher rates of Oncidium plantlets infected virus in seedling reproduction, we have engaged in research on techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation for virus-free plantlets of cut-flowers of Oncidium in recent years. Based on some successful experiences, the technological system and process on industrial seedling of virus-free plantlets of Oncidium were here summarized, and it would provide some references for production of tissue culture and rapid propagation of health plantlets of the cut- flowers.
