摘要
目的:观察在肾内科实习生中采用微信带教实施后的带教效果情况。方法:将2014年3月-2015年1月入肾内科实习的护生24例,按照随机数字分组,分为对照组与观察组各12名,对照组采用以往传统的面对面带教方式进行实习生带教,观察组在对照组的基础上增加了微信带教,与面对面的带教方法相结合。实习结束之后采用护生管床考核和理论考试、操作考试来评价两组护理实习生的带教实习效果。结果:在出科理论考试、管床考核和操作考试成绩方面观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:微信带教能提高护生知识掌握的系统性和规范性,同时还可以提高护生对学习内容掌握的全面性,增强了护生学习的主动性和积极性,推进了师生之间和谐关系的发展。
Objective To observe the implementation of micro-channel teaching interns in Nephrology teaching effect. Methods The Department of Nephrology practice nursing students from March 2014 - January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group 12, control group using traditional face to face teaching mode, the observation group micro letter and face to face combined the teaching methods. Pipe bed nursing students use assessment and theoretical exam, Exam to evaluate the two groups of nursing students teaching effect. Results In the tube bed assessment, course completion and operation theory test exam accomplishments compared to the observation group was significantly higher (P 〈0.01). Conclusion The micro-channel teaching can improve the comprehensiveness of nursing students learning content, can improve nursing students to master knowledge of the systematic and normative, but also enhances the nursing students learning initiative and enthusiasm, but also to promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship.
