Let-7的靶基因研究以及与妊娠的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 micmRNAs(miRNAs)是长度约为19-24个核苷酸的一类高度保守的能够在转录后水平调控基因表达的内源性的非编码小分子RNA。Let-7家族是发现比较早、研究比较多的miRNAs之一,最早发现let-7在线虫中能调控细胞分化和增殖时序。此后大量的研究表明let-7家族参与动物器官发育调控,并与多种癌症的发生相关。近几年的研究发现,let-7与妊娠有一定相关性。本文主要综述let-7家族在妊娠组织中的研究,初步阐述其调控妊娠的可能机制。
