This paper proposed 800MHz TETRA Digital clustering wireless network signal monitor and intelligent analysis platform realization method based on TETRA terminal and GPS devices, and explained the platform＇ s four network optimization functions： resource management, signal monitor, coverage analysis and communication support, and in the end, characteristics of the platform＇ s achievement was summarized.
