通过对基于行业导向合作教育模式内涵、特征的论述,世界发达国家行业导向合作教育成功模式的综合分析,我国政府、学校、企业构建基于行业导向合作教育模式的实践剖析,指出该模式是我国"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式的升级版,也是各职业院校追求的理想模式,并提出了构建这种理想模式的对策与建议。

Regarding industry-oriented international educational cooperation, the article studies its connotations and features,analyses its success in developed countries, and briefs its practice status quo in China. The government, institutes and enterprises jointly build up the mode of industry-oriented international educational cooperation, which proves to be an advanced version of talented-cultivation mode so-called＂institutionspartnering with enterprise, Learning integrating with work＂, an ideal mode every vocational institute pursues. The article also proposes solutions and suggestions on how to build up this ideal mode.
