苏州地区动漫产业现状分析与对策研究

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Animation Industry in Suzhou

当前中国动漫产业拥有广阔的市场,但同时也面临着挑战,如何摆脱现阶段被动局面,用高质量动漫作品夺回国内市场同时走向世界,是中国动漫界当前最急需解决的问题。采用实证研究的方法,对苏州地区的二十多家动漫企业进行问卷调查和深度访谈,对企业经营情况、员工学历及工资、产品受众人群及播出渠道、政府扶持政策5个方面进行统计分析,总结出苏州地区动漫产业的发展现状及存在的四个问题,并提出解决这些问题的四个对策。

The current Chinese animation industry has broad market, but also faces challenges, and how to get rid of the present passive situation, with high quality productions back domestic market to the world at the same time, it is the current Chinese animation industry the most urgently needs to solve the problem. This article adopts the method of empirical study, more than 20 animation companies in suzhou area are questionnaire and depth interview, to the enterprise management situation, employee education and salary,audience and broadcast channels, carried out a statistical analysis on the five aspects of the supporting policy,summarizes the status quo of the animation industry in suzhou and four problems, and puts forward four countermeasures to solve these problems.
