摘要
整装勘查区的矿产资源开发利用必然造成自然环境物理平衡、化学平衡、结构平衡和社会经济平衡的破坏。对整装勘查区矿产资源开发利用的环境影响进行评价,既要考察自然环境承载力,也要考察环境影响强度。论文从矿产资源开发利用的环境影响机理入手,建立矿产资源开发环境影响的评价原则、评价指标、指标权重和评价标准,最后选择山东莱州—招远地区金矿整装勘查区、青海祁漫塔格地区铁铜矿整装勘查区和云南香格里拉格咱地区铜多金属矿整装勘查区进行环境影响评价。
The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in the integrated exploration area will inevitably lead to destruction of the natural environment, such as physical balance, chemical balance, structural balance and so- cio-economic balance. To evaluate the environmental impact of exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in integrated exploration area, it is necessary to observe and study the natural environment bearing capacity, but also to study the environmental impact strength. This paper starts with the environmental impact mechanism of mineral resources development, and establishes the principle, evaluation index, index weight and evaluation standard of en- vironmental impact assessment of mineral resources development and utilization. Finally, this paper takes gold mine exploration area of Laizhou-Zhaoyuan area in Shandong, the iron and copper integrated exploration area of Qiman- tage area in Qinghai, the copper polymetallie ore integrated exploration area of Shangri-La area in Yunnan as exam- pie to do the evaluation of environmental impact.
