Discuss on Chinese Enterprises' Environmental Social Responsibility from Beijing Haze

企业作为污染物排放的主要来源和环境资源的首要消费者,不应只注重自身利益需求,而忽视主动承担环境治理的责任。论文通过北京雾霾事件分析了中国企业环境社会责任的履行现状,并借鉴英国雾霾治理的成功经验,提出了完善法律法规、提高环境监管手段、改善环境责任信息披露质量、扩大公众参与范围的改进意见。

With the improvement of industrialization level and living standard, China＇s environmental problems be- come more and more serious. Company as the main source of pollutant emissions and the main source of economic development, how to make enterprises and how to protect the environment has become an urgent problem. Through the haze event in Beijing, this article discusses Chinese enterpriseg environmental and social responsibility perform- ance status, analyzes the method and experience of the relevant nations, and then puts forward the improvement such as completing the laws and regulations, enhancing environmental regulations, improving the environmental lia- bility information disclosure level, expanding the scope of public participation.
