高校企业存在的法律风险和防范对策

The Legal Risks in College Enterprises and Their Corresponding Coping Strategies

目前高校企业在管理体制、合同管理、商业秘密知识产权保护、工作人员法律意识等四方面存在法律风险,论文对这些法律风险产生的原因进行了具体分析,从法律专业角度,并结合高校企业管理的实际情况提出推进高校企业法人规范化建设、完善合同管理制度、建立商业秘密和知识产权保护体系、提高企业职工法律素质四方面的对策。

The article argued that legal risks of college enterprises existing in the following four aspects ： management system, contract management, protection of business secrets and intellectual property, legal consciousness of the staffs in college enterprises. At the beginning, the article made concrete analyses of the causes of those risks. Then, from the professional perspectives of law, combining with the actual situation of college enterprises manage- ment, the article proposed four aspects of coping strategies. Firstly, promote the standardization construction of the legal person of college enterprises ; secondly, perfect the contract management system ; thirdly, establish the system of protecting business secrets and intellectual property; lastly, strengthen legal consciousness of the staffs.
