我国高校人才培养存在的问题与对策——基于国际竞争力人才的视角 被引量:5

摘要 中国要打造具有国际竞争力的人才竞争优势,一方面靠人才引进和政策支持,另一方面要靠自主培养。高校作为人才培养的重地,在培养国际竞争力的人才方面责无旁贷。面对教育全球化和人才国际化的发展趋势,我国高校人才培养在教育理念、课程设置、培养目标、教育模式等方面存在一些问题。因此,必须彻底改变教育理念,积极探索教育模式,合理评价教育成果,深入改革教育制度,才能培养大批具有国际竞争力的人才,推动中国从人才大国向人才强国转变。 To build the advantage on internationally competitive talents, it can introduce talents by policy support, and it also must rely on independent training. The colleges and universities are of great responsibility in training tal- ents with international competitiveness. With the developing trend of education globalization and talents internation- alization, there are some problems on the education idea, curriculum setting, training objective and education mode in the aspect of university personnel training in China. It must change education idea completely, explore the edu- cation mode actively and reform of education system deeply, so as to strengthen country with talent by cultivating a large number of internationally competitive talents.
