全日制硕士专业学位培养现状及创新研究——以河北省为例

Training Situation and Innovation of Full-time professional master——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

通过调查研究分析了河北省全日制工程硕士培养现状,从生源、培养目标、培养过程三个方面对其进行研究,通过文献资料法、资料收集法和定性分析法总结并分析出河北省全日制工程硕士培养的现状及存在的问题,最后提出相关的对策和建议。通过此次研究,为河北省高校完善全日制工程硕士研究生培养提供理论基础,在实际应用上有助于河北省全日制工程硕士培养机制尽快建立起与高水平应用型人才培养目标相适应的评价标准,提高其培养质量。

This paper analyzes the training situation of full-time master of engineering in Hebei Province. The inves- tigation is conducted through three areas, which are enrollment, goal of education and training process. Through the methods of document data, information collecting, questionnaire survey and qualitative analysis, the training situation and problems are analyzed. At last, suggestions are introduced to lay theoretical foundation for the training of full-time master of engineering in Hebei province. And in practice, this research is helpful for the training system to build its standards which accommodate the goal of training talents.
