摘要
目的:探讨瑜伽运动对慢性下腰痛中老年女性患者腰部肌肉功能的影响。方法:将40例慢性下腰痛中老年女性患者分为瑜伽组和对照组;对照组接受基础治疗,瑜伽组接受基础治疗的基础上进行12周的瑜伽练习,观察两组治疗前后左右竖脊肌、多裂肌的表面肌电信号的变化。结果:两组治疗后,均能提高直立位、俯卧位、前屈位、飞燕式的MF值(P<0.05),且瑜伽组显著大于对照组(P<0.05);两组均能降低直立位、俯卧位、前屈位、飞燕式的RMS值(P<0.05),且瑜伽组明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:进行瑜伽练习的基础治疗和单纯基础治疗均能提高腰部肌肉功能状态,降低腰部肌肉的疲劳程度,但进行瑜伽练习的基础治疗比单纯基础治疗效果更优。
Objective: in order to probe into yoga influences the waist muscle function of the elderly woman patientswith chronic low back pain. Methods: The 40 cases of chronic low back pain in elderly patients classified as theyoga group and control group, the control group received basic therapy, yoga group received 12 weeks of yogapractice based on basic treatment, observe the erector spinae and multifidus s EMG signal changes of two groupsbefore and after treatment. Results: after treatment two groups all can improve the upright position, prone position,bending forward, swallows MF value(P0.05); both groups can reduce the upright position, prone position,bending forward, swallow type of RMS value(P0.05); and the yoga group significantly less than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: yoga practice with basic treatment and simple basic therapy can enhance the waist musclefunction, reduce the degree of fatigue of the waist muscle, but yoga therapy than simple basic therapy effect isbetter.
