优化上海外来务工人员子弟学校艺术特色教育的调查报告

摘要 为进一步探究外来务工人员子弟学校的艺术教育方法及艺术特色教育的拓展意义,选取上海一所相关特色学校为专访对象。经调研,发现学校艺术教育的起步时间与学生良好乐感的培养及行为规范的形成成正比;学校艺术特色教育的分层设计能有效促进孩子健康品性的养成,增强学生的社会责任意识;专家型高校师资的参与,能有效提升普教师资的践行能力,拓宽基础教育的视域,形成高等教育与基础教育在教学科研领域的双赢局面。呼吁社会各界应尽快共同关注外来务工人员子弟学校的艺术特色教育,从不同角度扶持,使之不断完善,缩小与上海公立学校的差距,朝着规范化和常态化的方向健康发展。 A characteristic school in Shanghai was selected as the interview target in order to further study the method and the development significance of art education in schools for migrant worker’s children. Based on the research,it was found that the starting time of art education have positive effect on the sense of music as well as the form of behavior norms while the art education of different levels is beneficial to the psychological and mental growth of children. It can enhance the students’ responsibility consciousness. Also,the participation of experts from higher education institution improves the capability of teachers from fundamental institutions and expands the scope of fundamental education so as to achieve a win-win situation for higher education and fundamental education in teaching and research. It is suggested that,in the future,all walks of life shall pay close attention to the arts education in schools for migrant worker’s children and improve it upon support from all perspective. Therefore,the school for migrant worker’s children is able to narrow the gap against Shanghai public schools and lead the way to standardized and normalized growth.
