摘要
校长专业标准的制定与实施,已经成为世界各国促进校长专业发展、提高学校管理的一项重要举措。20世纪90年代,美国洲际学校领导者颁证联会率先制定了全国统一的校长专业标准《学校领导标准》,而我国则是在2013年2月才正式颁布《义务教育学校校长专业标准》。通过比较中美两国制定颁布的校长标准在制定背景、制定主体、制定原则和标准内容等方面的共性和差异性,为进一步完善我国校长专业标准提供一定的借鉴与启示。
The formulation and implementation of the principals professional standards have become an important measure for the countries to promote the professional development of principals and to improve the school management. In the 1990 s,the US Interstate School Leaders Association Certification first formulated the unified national"Standards for School Leadership". Thus China formally promulgated the"Compulsory School Professional Standards"in February 2013. This article by comparing the two countries in developing background,objects,principles and contents to provide a reference and inspiration for China.
