摘要
教师公正品质,是教师在教育教学实践的过程中通过公正的处理人际关系而逐渐养成的一种个体德性,是教师公正地对待每一个人的实践美德。它具有自觉性、外显性、非个体性的特征。教师公正品质的养成,首先,要从根本上认识到公正品质是实现教育幸福的条件,然后,在教育教学的实践过程中,对于不同的学生既要做到平等对待,又要合理应用"补偿原则"。
Teacher’s quality of justice is a kind of personal practice virtue that gradually formed by dealing with interpersonal relationship in the process of teaching,which need teacher treat everyone fairly. It has the characteristics of self-consciousness,dominance,and non-individuality. In order to develop it,teachers should realize that the quality of justice is a condition to achieve the happiness of life. Then,in the process of education teaching practice,teachers should be treat different students equally,and apply the principle of compensation reasonably.
