丹红注射液治疗高龄不稳定性心绞痛50例疗效观察及对同型半胱氨酸、高敏C反应蛋白、N-端脑利钠肽前体的影响

Observation of Danhong injection on the treatment of unstable angina in aged patients and its effect on Hcy,hs- CRP and NT- proBNP

目的观察丹红注射液治疗高龄不稳定性心绞痛(UA)疗效及对同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平的影响。方法将100例高龄UA患者随机分为2组,对照组50例给予血塞通注射液联合常规西医药物治疗,治疗组50例给予丹红注射液联合常规西医药物治疗,比较2组患者治疗后心电图、心绞痛、中医症状有效率及治疗前后Hcy、hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平。结果治疗组治疗后心电图、心绞痛及中医症状改善显效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组心电图、心绞痛及中医症状改善总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后Hcy、hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗高龄UA疗效肯定,对提高UA患者心功能、减轻炎症状态,预防危险因素具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection on the treatment of unstable angina（ UA）in aged patients,and its effect on the levels of homocysteine（ Hcy）,hypersensitive c- reactive protein（ hs- CRP）and N- terminal pro- brain natriuretic peptide（ NT- pro BNP）. Methods 100 aged UA patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated by Xuesaitong injection combined with routine western medicine treatment. Patients in treatment group were treated by Danhong injection combined with routine western medicine treatment. The total validity rates of electrocardiogragh（ ECG）,angina and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） symptom after treatment were compared between two groups,as well as the levels of Hcy,hs- CRP and NT- pro BNP before and after treatment. Results The efficiency rates of ECG,angina and TCM symptom after treatment in treatment group were higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and there were no statistical significant differences on the total effective rate of ECG,angina and TCM symptom between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The levels of Hcy,hs- CRP and NT- pro BNP after treatment were obviously decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of hs- CRP and NT- pro BNP after treatment in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Danhong injection has exact effect on the treatment of UA in aged patients,has positive significance in enhance the cardiac function,reduce inflammation state and to prevent risk factor.
