舒肝解郁胶囊对肝气郁滞型经行乳房胀痛临床症状的改善及疗效观察

Observation of the symptom improvements of Shugan- jieyu capsules on breast distending pain during menstruation with liver's qi stasis type and its curative effect

目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝气郁滞型经行乳房胀痛的临床疗效。方法将60例肝气郁滞型经行乳房胀痛患者随机分为2组。对照组30例,予逍遥丸治疗;治疗组30例,予舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。2组均治疗2个月后评价疗效,并比较2组治疗前及治疗1、2个月后乳房胀痛及情绪不佳的量化积分变化。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组总有效率51.85%,对照组30.77%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后治疗组总有效率81.48%,对照组50.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗1、2个月后乳房胀痛及情绪不佳评分与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且2个月后降低更明显(P<0.05);对照组治疗1、2个月后仅情绪不佳评分与治疗前比较有明显降低(P<0.05),且2个月后降低更明显(P<0.05),乳房胀痛治疗后评分虽也有降低但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗1、2个月后乳房胀痛及情绪不佳评分与对照组同期比较均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝气郁滞型经前乳房胀痛临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者乳房胀痛及情绪不佳等症状,且疗程越长效果越明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shugan- jieyu capsules on the treatment of breast distending pain during menstruation with liver＇s qi stasis type. Methods 60 breast distending pain during menstruation patients with liver＇s qi stasis type were randomly divided into two groups. 30 subjects in control group were treated by Xiaoyao pills. 30 subjects in treatment group were treated by Shugan- jieyu capsules. The curative effect was evaluated 2 months after treatment in two groups. The quantized integrations of breast distending pain and out of sorts before and 1,2 months after treatment were compared in two groups. Results After treatment for 1 month,the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 51. 85% and 30. 77% respectively,with no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment for 2 months,the total effective rate in treatment group（ 81. 48%） was superior to that in control group（ 50. 00%,P〈0. 05）. The scores of breast distending pain and out of sorts 1 and 2 months after treatment in treatment group were obviously decreased as compared with those in before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in 2 months after treatment was more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The out of sorts scores 1 and 2months after treatment in control group were obviously decreased as compared with those in before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in 2 months after treatment was more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The score of breast distending pain after treatment in control group was decreased,but with no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The scores of breast distending pain and out of sorts before and 1,2 months after treatment in treatment were lower than those in control group at the same period（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shugan- jieyu capsules has exact effect on the treatment of breast distending pain during menstruation with liver＇s qi stasis type,can obviously improve the symptoms of breast distending pain and out of sorts,and the longer treatment course the better curative effect.
