新疆物流与对外贸易耦合的量化研究

Quantitative Research on Coupling between Logistics and Foreign Trade in Sinkiang

＂丝绸之路经济带＂战略的提出,给新疆物流和对外贸易发展带来了前所未有的机遇。从＂丝绸之路经济带＂战略视角出发,基于系统论角度,对新疆2005年～2013年物流和对外贸易发展的协调性进行研究。通过建立物流与对外贸易指标评估体系,根据协调发展度模型对新疆物流与外贸发展的协调度进行测评,结果显示：2005年以来,新疆物流发展与对外贸易处于失调状态,并且发展指数差距呈现扩大趋势。在此基础上提出依托丝绸之路经济带战略、强化协同物流建设、扩大贸易开放程度等促进新疆现代物流与外贸协调发展的建议。

The proposal of ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂ brings unprecedented opportunities to the development of modern logistics and international trade in Sinkiang. From the strategic perspective of ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂, based on the system theory, this article studies the coordination of foreign trade development and logistics in Sinkiang from 2005 to 2013.From establishing the index evaluation system of logistics and foreign trade, this article takes tests for the coordination degree of Sinkiang logistics and foreign trade according to the coordination development model. The results reveal that since 2005,Sinkiang logistics development and foreign trade were under imbalanced state, and the development index difference exhibited enlargement trend. On this basis, this article puts forward suggestions to improve Sinkiang modern logistics and foreign coordinative development by relying on Silk Road economic belt, strengthening coordinative logistics construction, and enlarging trade opening degree, etc.
