中国加工贸易企业转型升级研究

Research on Transformation and Upgrading of China’s Processing Trade Enterprises

选取代表中国加工贸易企业发展现状的电子和纺织行业2008年～2013年数据为样本进行实证研究,结果表明：在公司治理层面,无形资产对加工贸易企业转型升级起到了至关重要的作用,即高管持股能更有效地发挥无形资产对企业绩效的影响力;加工贸易企业规模和企业转型升级效果呈反向特征运行;民营企业应当在加工贸易企业转型升级中扮演主导角色。基于这些结论,提出了培育企业核心竞争力、积极引进民间资本、努力促进中小企业转型升级的对策建议。

This article selects the data of electronic and textile industry representing the developing status quo of China ＇s processing trade enterprise within 20008-2013 to take an empirical study. The results indicate that： from the company management aspects, intangible assets have a significant effect in the transformation and upgrading for processing trade enterprises, i.e. the executives holding stock can effectively implement the influence of enterprise performance; the enterprise scale and the effect of transformation and upgrading exhibit reverse operation; private enterprise should play leading role in the transformation and upgrading. Based on the above conclusions, this article puts forward countermeasures to cultivate core company competitiveness, introduce private capital actively, and take efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises.
