摘要
基于全生命周期成本视角,以废旧产品的收集、拆卸到再出售这一回收处置流程为基础构建成本-收益计量方法,采用Eco-indicater99法得到生态指数,建立回收处置过程的综合模型。最后通过模拟回收阶段不同材质的废弃发动机缸体的经济效益数据与生态效益数据,表明通过对环境影响大的材料尽可能重复利用等方法能够降低产品LCC及对环境的影响,从而优化产品设计。
We set up a cost - benefit econometric model based on the disposal process from collecting, disassembling to re- selling, using Eco - indicater 99 method to get the eco - index, then establish a comprehensive evaluation model of recy- cling process. Finally, the paper stimulates the economic and ecological benefits data about different materials waste engine block in recovery stage. The result indicates that reusing materials which have large impact on the environment are possible to reduce the product LCC and their environmental impact, which helps to optimize product design.
