原子吸收光谱法测定回生甘露丸中砷镉铅铜的含量

摘要 目的:建立测定回生甘露丸中重金属砷、镉、铅、铜含量的方法。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法,测定条件为砷空心阴极灯,波长193.7 nm,狭缝0.4 nm,灯电流8 m A,原子化温度900℃;镉空心阴极灯,波长228.8nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流3 m A,空气流量4.5 L/min,乙炔流量0.8 L/min;铅空心阴极灯,波长283.3 nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流3 m A,空气流量4.5 L/min,乙炔流量1.0 L/min;铜空心阴极灯,波长324.7 nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流2 m A,空气流量4.0 L/min,乙炔流量0.5 L/min。结果:砷的线性回归方程为y=0.0155x+0.005(r=0.99919),检出限为0.09677μg/L,加样回收率为101.4452%,RSD=0.0775%;镉的线性回归方程为y=0.2855x+0.0026(r=0.99926),检出限为0.0021 mg/L,加样回收率为95.74%,RSD=0.4878%;铅的线性回归方程y=0.0345x+0.0062(r=0.99907),检出限为0.01739 mg/L,加样回收率为93.15%,RSD=0.1734%;铜的线性回归方程为y=0.01599x+0.0132(r=0.99925),检出限为0.0938 mg/L,加样回收率为96.358%,RSD=0.3491%;3个厂家的回生甘露丸都存在重金属超标现象。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于回生甘露丸中砷、镉、铅、铜的含量测定。 Objective: To found a method of contents determination of As , CA, Pb, Cu in Huisheng Ganlu Pills. Methods: Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) and operating conditions as follows was adopted, As hollow cathode lamp, wavelength 193.7 nm, slit 0.4 nm,lamp current 8 mA, atomization temperature 900℃ ; CA hollow cathode lamp, wavelength 228.8 nm, silt 0.2 nm, lamp current 3 mA, flow of air 4.5 L/min, flow of acetylene 0.8 L/min ; Pb hollow cathode lamp, wavelength 283.3 nm, slit 0.2 nm, lamp current 3 mA, flow of air 4.5 L/min, flow of acetylene 1.0 L/min ; Cu hollow cathode lamp, wavelength 324.7nm, slit 0.2 nm, lamp current 2mA, flow of air 4.0 L/min, flow of acetylene 0.5 L/min. Results : Equations of linear regression of As , CA,Pb, Cu were y = 0.0155 x + 0. 005 ( r = 0. 99919), y = 0.2855x + 0. 0026 ( r = 0. 99926), y = 0. 0345x + 0.0062 ( r = 0. 99907), y = 0. 01599x + 0.0132 ( r = 0. 99925) seperately; their detection limits were 0.09677μg/L, 0.0021 mg/L, O. 01739 mg/L, 0.0938 mg/L; their recoveries were 101.4452 %, 95.74 %, 93.151% ,96. 358 % ; their RSD were 0. 0775 %, 0.4878 %, 0. 1734 %, 0. 3491% ; There were heavy metals out of limits in Huisheng Ganlu Pills produced by all of the 3 pharmaceutical factories. Conclusion:AAS was accurate and reliable enough to be used in contents determination of As 、Cd、Pb、Cu in Huisheng Ganlu Pills.
