摘要
目的:探讨2010~2014年攀枝花市米易县食物中毒的发生规律和流行特征,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法:对米易县2010~2014年食物中毒统计报表及调查报告进行流行病学分析。结果:米易县2010~2014年共报告发生食物中毒32起,中毒611人,死亡1倒。中毒事件多集中在每年的第3季度。家庭型(聚餐)食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多,占总数的71.88%和82.0%。致病因素以有毒植物引起食物中毒起数最高,占总起数的50.00%,中毒人数占总数的16.53%;其次是微生物,占总起数的40.63%,占中毒人数的81.51%。结论:第3季度是米易县食物中毒的高发季节,中毒责任单位以家庭型为主,致病因素以有毒植物和微生物为主,建议有关部门采取有效措施,控制大型聚餐活动,同时加强对重点环节的监管,并有针对性的开展食品安全知识培训,有效控制食物中毒的发生。
Objective: To explore the Miyi Panzhihua county in 2010- 2014 food poisoning occurrence regularity and characteristics of fashion and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of food poisoning. Method: Of miyi county from 2010 to 2014 statistics and report of food poisoning epidemiological analysis. Results: miyi county in 2010--2014 reported a total of 32 food poisoning, poisoning, 611, 1 cases died. Poisoning, and more concentrated in the third quarter of each year. Family (dinner) food poisoning; and the largest number of poisoning, 71.88% and 82.0% of the total. Pathogenic factors with poisonous plant cause food poisoning; highest, accounting for 50.00 % of the total, the number of poisoning accounted for 16.53 % of the total; Followed by microorganisms, accounting for 40.63% of the total, accounting for 81.51% of the number of poisoning. Conclusion:The 3rd quarter is the peak season miyi county food poisoning, poisoning responsibility unit is given priority to with family, pathogenic factors is given priority to with poisonous plants and microbes, suggested that the relevant departments to take effective measures to control a large dinner party activities, at the same time to strengthen the supervision of key link, and targeted to carry out food safety knowledge training, to effectively control the occurrence of food poisoning.
