日粮粗脂肪含量对浙东白鹅育肥效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取同批出雏、相同条件饲养、体重相近的7周龄浙东白鹅216只,随机分成A组(饲喂1.98%粗脂肪含量的日粮)和B组(饲喂4.01%粗脂肪含量的日粮),测定试验鹅群育肥期各周体重,以及3周后屠宰性能、器官重量和胸肌、腿肌肉质、pH等指标。结果表明:B组试验鹅群各周体重均显著高于A组;B组料重比为9.72,A组料重比为34.34;B组试验鹅群的胸肌率、肠脂率以及腿肌pH等均显著高于A组,其他各指标差异不显著。浙东白鹅育肥期间,选择4.01%粗脂肪含量的日粮饲喂效果优于1.98%粗脂肪含量的日粮。 Two hundred and sixteen 7 weeks old Zhedong white geese with the same batch of hatching,raised under the same conditions and similar weight were randomly divided into A group(diets with 1.98%crude fat content) and B group(diets with 4.01%crude fat content),the body weight of test geese each week during fattening period and the slaughter performance,organ weight,meat quality and pH of breast muscle and leg muscle after 3 weeks were determined.The body weights each week of group B test geese were significantly higher than those of group A.The weight ratio of group B was 9.72,and the weight ratio of group A was 34.34.The breast muscle rate,intestinal fat rate and leg muscle pH of group B test geese were significandy higher than those of group A,and there were no significantly difference among the other indicators.During the fattening period of Zhedong white goose,feeding effect of diets with 4.01%crude fat content was better than diets with 1.98%crude fat content.
