上海市场外埠蔬菜消费现状及其特点研究

摘要 从外埠蔬菜上市量、主要外埠蔬菜来源地分布以及消费品种等方面研究了上海市场外埠蔬菜的消费情况。结果表明:在供应数量上,上海市场近年来外埠蔬菜的上市总量总体呈上升趋势,2013年外埠蔬菜月上市量变化较为平稳,夏淡季外地菜源补充力度显著,冬淡季上市量水平较低;在外埠蔬菜来源地分布上,上海外埠蔬菜以江苏、河北、山东等为主。夏秋淡季以山东、河北、甘肃等华北及黄土高原地区的部分省份供应为主,冬春蔬菜主要来自华南、西南一带;上海市场对于白菜类、茄果类、根菜类及瓜类的需求量大于其他耐运藏种类的需求。最后提出提高省市间区域合作水平,加强外埠生产基地的基础设施建设等上海市场外埠蔬菜优化供给的对策建议。 The consumption of external vegetables on Shanghai market was analyzed in terms of external vegetable supply,main source areas of external vegetables and consumed vegetable varieties.The results showed that the amount of external vegetable supply increased in general in recent years;The amount supply of external vegetables in month was relatively stable in 2013 and the supplementary supply of external vegetables was significant in summer off-season though relatively at a low level in winter off-season;The main source areas of external vegetables were Jiangsu,Hebei and Shandong,the major vegetable supply in the off seasons of summer and fall came from Shandong,Hebei,Gansu and that in the off seasons of winter and spring came from areas of south China;The demands for Chinese cabbage,solanaceous vegetables,root and tuber vegetables and gourd vegetables were greater than those for other vegetable varieties tolerant to transportation and storage.Some suggestions were also made in strengthening regional cooperation and infrastructural construction of external production bases.
