It is significant to improve the effectiveness of the legal education in higher vocational colleges. Legal education in higher vocational colleges presents its unique features due to the factors of utilitarianism, learning content, teaching approach, learning characteristics, teaching force and coordination. It can be improved in the respect of strengthening the emotional communication,remolding the teaching approach, integrating the teaching content, enhancing the teacher’s quality, reinforcing the coordination and connecting society with families so as to advance its overall effectiveness.
