Intensive Management Maturity Evaluation Model Construction of Power Supply Enterprise

集约化管理是当前供电企业实行管理方式转变的重要措施,成熟度评价为开展集约化管理能力提升、集约化管理模式调整提供了操作工具。此文在供电企业推行集约化管理模式的背景下,结合成熟度评价理论,引入G1赋权法和模糊综合评判法构建了供电企业集约化管理成熟度评价模型,并通过实例分析验证了评价模型的可行性和有效性,为更全面开展供电企业管理方式转变奠定了基础。

Intensive management is ＇the important measure taken by power supply enterprise to change management mode at present. Maturity evaluation provides operation tool for improving intensive management ability and adjusting intensive management mode. G1 weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced to this article under the background of intensive management mode carried out by power supply enterprise through combining maturity evaluation theory so as to construct intensive management maturity evaluation model of power supply enterprise. In addition ,feasibility and effectiveness of evaluation model is verified through example analysis. As a result,it lays a foundation to change management mode of power supply enterprise more comprehensively.
