氢气管道切断阀设置改进

摘要 氢气气源接至用氢设备的支管设置的切断阀,由于检修设备或停产等须切断氢气气源时,如果切断阀阀门发生内漏,与空气混合形成爆炸性混合物,就会在检修或点火开车时发生爆炸。提出改进氢气气源接至用氢设备的支管切断阀,并在切断阀后加一块压力表,以保证用氢设备的生产与检修安全。 A cut-off valve was installed to connect hydrogen source to a branch pipe of hydrogen equipment. Hydrogen source needed the cut-off valve internally leaked, would happen at ignition. It should be installed behind cutting off when equipment was maintained or production stopped. If hydrogen would mix with air to form explosive mixture. Explosion was proposed that the cut-off valve should be improved and a pressure gauge the cut-off valve in order to ensure safe production and maintenance of hydrogen equipment.
