ICP-MS法测定啤酒包装用铝瓶重金属迁移量 被引量:1

Determination of Heavy Metals Migration Quantity in Beer Aluminum Bottles by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)连续测定了啤酒包装用铝瓶的重金属元素铬、猛、铁、钴、镍、铜、砷、镉、锑、铅的迁移量,方法的各元素相关系数均大于0.9997,检出限为0.01~0.30μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)为0.4%~0.9%,加标回收率为92.0%~104.0%,该方法简便、快捷,为啤酒包装用铝瓶的检测提供了依据。 A method with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer had been developed for simultaneous determination of 10 heavy metals migration quantity including Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, Sb and Pb in beer aluminum bottles. The correlation coefficient of each element in such method was higher than 0.9997, the detection limits were between 0.01 μg/L and 0.30 μg/L, the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=5) were between 0.4 % and 0.9 %, and the recovery rate of such method was between 92.0 % and 104.0 %. This method was simple and convenient for beer aluminum bottles analysis.
