摘要 利用基于交替三线性分解(ATLD)的二阶校正方法与HPLC-DAD结合,定量分析葡萄酒中的L-苹果酸。虽然L-苹果酸与样品中未知干扰物存在色谱峰重叠,但利用化学计量学方法中具有"二阶优势"的二阶校正方法分析HPLC-DAD检测数据,获得了葡萄酒中L-苹果酸满意的定性定量结果。 HPLC-DAD coupled with second-order calibration(based on ATLD) was developed for quantitative analysis of L-malic acid in grape wine. Although there were chromatographic peak overlaps between L-malic acid and unknown interferences, such method had the advantage of second-order which could analyze the three-way HPLC-DAD data from both standard and prediction samples, and satisfactory quantitative and qualitative results could be finally obtained.
