碳纤维/石墨烯复合膜制备及其拉伸性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 目石墨烯制备的透明导电电极、导电薄膜颇有前途。本文用氧化还原法批量制备制备石墨烯已成为可能,再利用水浴自组装技术可以大规模制备品相好、成本低、尺寸可控的石墨烯薄膜的方法吸引了大量关注。然而所制备得到的氧化石墨烯薄膜力学性能较差,难以工业化生产。考虑到碳纤维具有密度小、质量轻、比强度高、导电性能好等特性,计划使用碳纤维来增强石墨烯薄膜。通过力学性能测试,碳纤维对薄膜的拉伸性能增强高达476.9%。
