摘要 节水问题是我国面临的资源与环境战略化问题。针对节水灌溉方案优选过程中大量的不确定信息与工程风险,提出了基于区间直觉模糊TOPSIS法的节水灌溉工程方案优选模型,分析了区间直觉模糊环境下节水灌溉工程作为复杂系统的特殊性以及优选模型的应用优势,充分利用原始信息,在属性权重未知的情况下将信息熵与区间直觉模糊集相结合求出属性权重,对传统熵权法的应用范围进行了拓展。最后,结合实例表明该方法具有可行性和有效性,为节水灌溉工程方案的优选提供了决策支持。 Nowadays water-saving problem has become a strategic problem of resources and environment in China.Aiming at the large amount of uncertain information and engineering risks in the process of water-saving irrigation scheme optimization,an optimization model of water-saving irrigation project is proposed,which is based on extended TOPSIS with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set.The special characteristics of the water-saving irrigation project as a complex system and the advantages of the optimal model under the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy circumstances are analyzed.Through making full use of the original information,in the case that the attribute weights is unknown,the information entropy and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are combined to obtain the attribute weights,and the application scope of the traditional entropy weight method is extended.Finally,the application example shows that the method is feasible and effective,and provides the decision support for the optimization of water-saving irrigation project.
