摘要
目的检测胃癌组织中神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP-1)的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系,探讨其对判断胃癌预后的价值。方法回顾性分析168例胃癌患者的临床病理资料及预后情况,采用免疫组化法检测癌组织及相对正常组织NRP-1的表达,研究NRP-1的表达与临床病理及预后之间的关系。结果(1)NRP-1在胃癌组织中表达高于相对正常组织(66.7%vs.8.33%,P<0.05)。(2)NRP-1的表达与肿瘤大小、细胞分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。(3)NRP-1高表达的患者的生存期短于低表达的患者(中位生存期28个月vs.64个月,P<0.05)。(4)COX比例风险模型进行多因素分析表明,NRP-1的表达为影响胃癌预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 (1)NRP-1在胃癌的发生、发展中起到重要作用,与胃癌的恶性生物学行为密切相关。(2)NRP-1高表达提示预后不良。(3)NRP-1有望作为判断胃癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。
Objective To detect the expression of NRP-1in gastric cancer tissue,to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features,and to explore its value in judging the prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods The clinical pathologic data and prognosis situation in 168 cases of gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of NRP-1in gastric cancer tissue and normal tissue was detected by the immunohistochemical method.The relationship between the expression of NRP-1with the clinicopathological features and prognosis was investigated.Whether NRP-1serving as a reference indicator for judging the prognosis of gastric cancer was evaluated.Results(1)In 168 cases,the NRP-1expression in gastric cancer tissue was higher than that in normal tissue(66.7%vs.8.33%,P〈0.05).(2)The NRP-1expression was related with the tumor size,differentiation degree,infiltrative depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.05).(3)The median survival time in the patients with high NRP-1expression was shorter than that in the patients with low NRP-1expression(P〈0.05).(4)The multiple factor analysis by COX proportional hazard model showed that the NRP-1expression was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of gastric cancer(P〈0.05).Conclusion(1)NRP-1plays an important role in the incidence and development process of gastric cancer and its expression is closely related with the malignant biological behavior of gastric cancer.(2)The high NRP-1expression prompts poor prognosis.(3)NRP-1may be expected to be regarded as one of the indexes for judging the biologic behaviors and prognosis of gastric cancer.
