新疆是我国十分重要的能源、矿产资源产地,新疆资源型城市中丰富的资源优势正逐步转化为产业优势和经济优势,并且资源型产业正在逐渐发展为主导产业,拉动资源型城市经济社会的发展。新疆资源型城市主导产业的形成具有依靠自身资源禀赋、市场需求、产业升级及政府培育等特征。今后应依托资源禀赋,大力实施资源转换战略,注重以科技为先导以推进资源型产业的技术进步和升级,强化产业链的拓展以发展产业集群,以此为新疆资源型城市的健康有序发展提供发展助力。
