Russian Intelligentsia and New Religious Consciousness

19世纪下半叶到20世纪初的几十年,是俄罗斯一个动荡飘摇的时代,但亦是在这样的内忧外患中,俄罗斯知识分子迅速成熟并成为社会文化生活的中坚力量,进行了一场试图协调、重整甚至再造俄罗斯文化、宗教的运动,其中一项重要的历史遗产便是新宗教意识。这场运动既是努力回到俄罗斯精神传统的一次尝试,也是在客观上突破俄罗斯的旧宗教传统,获得一种全新的文化理念。

Russia was experiencing an upheaval time during the end of 19th Century and the first years of 20th Century. In this situation, Russian Intelligentsia gradually turned into the backbone of Russian society and Culture. They devote themselves into a movement of coordinating, reforming and even recreating a new culture and religion. The new religious consciousness was one of the significant achievements, which was not only an attempt to return to the Russian spiritual tradition, but also a breakthrough of the traditional religious ideology.
