清香型产区5个烤烟品种适应性分析 被引量:18

Adaptability analysis of five flue-cured tobacco varieties in fresh-flavor tobacco growing areas

摘要 为筛选适宜各清香型产区种植的烤烟品种,2013年-2014年,在云南、福建和四川清香型产区4个试点进行了5个烤烟品种比较试验。结果表明,烤烟农艺性状主要受环境试点效应影响,经济性状主要受试点×年份互作效应影响,试点效应次之。烟叶主要化学成分总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾、氯含量及多酚总量主要受试点效应影响,烟碱含量受品种效应的影响大于试点效应和品种×试点互作效应,试点效应与品种×试点互作效应相当。福建永定和云南宁洱烟叶钾含量和多酚总量较高,云烟110钾含量显著高于其他4个品种,K326多酚总量显著低于其他4个品种。云烟105和云烟87丰产稳产性好,适应性较广,云烟110和K326次之,PVH1452较差,云烟105和云烟87适宜在4个试点区域种植,云烟110适宜在四川会理和福建永定种植,K326适宜在云南华宁和四川会理种植,PVH1452适宜在云南华宁种植。 Five flue-cured tobacco varieties were planted in four fresh-flavor tobacco growing areas from Yunnan, Fujian and Sichuan in 2013 and 2014. Results showed that agronomic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were mainly affected by environmental factors, and interacting effect of economic characters were mainly affected by interaction effect of conditions in tested areas and planting years. Conditions in tested areas affected content of total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, potassium, chlorinum and total polyphenol in tobacco leaves, while nicotine content was more influenced by varieties than conditions in tested areas.. Potassium content and total polyphenol content in tobacco leaf from Yongding and Ning'er were relatively higher, and potassium contents of Yunyan110 was significantly higher than other varieties, and total polyphenol content of K326 was significantly lower than other varieties. Yunyan105 and Yunyan87 proved to have better economic fertility, stability and broad adaptability followed by Yunyan110 and K326, and PVH1452. Results also showed that Yunyan105 and Yunyan87 were suitable for planting in all four tested areas, Yunyan110 was suitable for planting in Ning'er and Yongding, K326 in Hua Ning and Huili, and PVH1452 only in Huili.
