普米克令舒联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Pulmicort Respules Combined with Ambroxol for the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的探讨普米克令舒联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的新生儿肺炎患儿100例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组各50例,全部患儿经给予吸氧、抗感染、营养支持、纠正酸碱失衡等对症治疗,对照组患儿在常规基础治疗的同时给予普米克令舒治疗,实验组患儿则在常规基础治疗的同时给予普米克令舒联合氨溴索治疗,对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果实验组患儿的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患儿,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿的肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、吸氧时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组患儿,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎具有显著的临床疗效,可有效改善患儿的临床体征和症状,缩短患儿的住院时间,具有临床推广价值和应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulmicort respules combined with ambroxol for the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 cases of neonatal pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. All cases received symptomatic treatment including oxygen inhalation,antibiotics, nutritional support, and correction of acid-base imbalance; in addition, the control group received pulmicort respules therapy,while the experimental group received pulmicort respules combined with ambroxol therapy. The clinical effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The disappearance time of pulmonary rales, disappearance time of coughing, defervescence time, oxygen time and length of hospital stay of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Pulmicort respules combined with ambroxol for the treatment of neonatal pneumonia has significant clinical efficacy, which can effectively improve newborns＇ clinical signs and symptoms, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
