福建高职高专医学院校教师实验室生物安全认知情况调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解高职高专医学院校教师对实验室生物安全的认知情况以及实验室生物安全工作现状。方法对福建高职高专医学院校教师40人进行问卷调查,并对直接从事病原微生物实验教学的教师进行访谈。结果教师对实验室生物安全总体知晓率为88.4%。其中个人防护装备配置、实验室生物安全相关重要设备和实验教学涉及生物安全情况知晓率较高,分别为95%,94.2%和94.2%。实验室生物安全教育、安全培训情况和BSL-2实验室建设知晓率则较低,分别为78.5%,77.5%和75%。而对于开设实验室生物安全课程、实验室生物安全防护、教师示教、正确洗手和做好实验室卫生100%的教师均认为非常必要。结论直接从事病原微生物实验教学的教师对实验室生物安全认知情况尚可,其他教师知晓率稍低,有必要定期进行实验室生物安全工作的宣传和培训,杜绝实验室感染事件的发生。 Objective To understand the medical teachers' cognitive situation of the laboratory biosafety and the statusquo of the laboratory biosafety work of higher vocational college in Fujian.Methods Laboratory biosafety questionnaires were administered to forty teachers of higher vocational college in Fujian,and also directly involved in pathogenic microorganism experiment teaching teachers to interview.Results The total awareness rate of laboratory biosafety is 88.4%.The awareness rate of the distribution of personal protection equipment,the key equipment of laboratory biosafety and the experimental teaching situations involving biological safety are higher,95%,94.2% and 94.2%,respectively. The education of laboratory biosafety,the safety training and the construction of BSL-2 laboratory witting rate are low,78.5%,77.5% and 75%,respectively. For courses of laboratory biosafety,laboratory biosafety protection,demonstration teaching,right hand washing and Cleaning the laboratory,100% of the teachers think it is very necessary.Conclusion The cognitive situation of teachers who involving in the experimental teaching is well,but the awareness rate of the others is a bit low. It is necessary to conduct regular laboratory biosafety work publicity and training,putting an end to the laboratory infection.
