利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Curative Effect of Ribavirin Combined with Xiyanping for the Treatment of Pediatric Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的探讨小儿手足口病患儿应用利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月期间收治的96例小儿手足口病患儿,随机分为两组各48例,观察组患儿采用利巴韦林和喜炎平联合治疗,对照组患儿给予利巴韦林治疗。观察对比两组患儿的临床疗效、体温恢复时间、皮疹消退时间、疱疹消退时间、食欲好转时间、出院时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.92%,显著高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05);观察组的各项临床指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿手足口病患儿联合应用利巴韦林和喜炎平治疗的临床疗效显著,能够明显缓解患儿的临床症状,缩短患儿痊愈时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping for the treatment of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods A total of 96 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with ribavirin combined with Xiyanping, while the control group was treated with ribavirin alone. The clinical effects, time for body temperature recovering, time for erythema and herpes disappeared, time for appetite improved, and length of hospital stay were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.92%, significantly higher than 87.50% of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The clinical indices of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combined therapy of ribavirin and Xiyanping has significant clinical effect for the treatment of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and shorten the healing time.
