微型钛板内固定治疗颌骨骨折62例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the results in 62 patients with maxillofacial fractures treated by rigid internal fixation with miniature titanium plate

目的探讨微型钛板内固定在颌骨骨折患者中的应用及效果。方法选取我院2008年9月—2014年9月收治并进行微型钛板内固定术治疗的颌骨骨折62例患者进行回顾性临床分析。结果 62例中60例伤口Ⅰ期愈合(96.8%);2例伤口Ⅱ期愈合(3.2%)。术后2例咬关系轻度紊乱伴I度张口受限,余60例疗效满意。结论采用微型钛板内固定治疗颌骨骨折临床疗效确切,术后面颌畸形得以改善,咬功能恢复良好。

Objective To investigate the application effect on miniature titanium plate internal fixation in patients with maxillofacial fractures.Methods Selected 62 cases of patients with maxillofacial fractures treated by rigid internal fixation with miniature titanium plate were analyzed retrospectively from Sep 2008 to Sep 2014.Results Amond the 62 cases,the wound of tissue heald at I stage in 60 cases（96.8%）;the wound of tissue heald at Ⅱ stage in 2 cases（3.2%）.1 patients developed disfunction of mouth opening,others obtained success.Conclusion The miniature titanium plate internal fixation can obtain satisfactory curative effect for patients with maxillofacial fractures,it would reduce facial malformation and regain normal occlusion after operations.
