改良式子宫背带式缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血和晚期产后出血的护理干预

Nursing Intervention of Modified B-Lynch Uterine Suture Technique Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine for the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage and Late Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨系统护理干预在改良式子宫背带式缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血以及晚期产后出血患者的临床效果。方法选择30例行改良式子宫背带式缝合的产后出血患者随机均分为两组,所有患者均给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,此外,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予系统性护理,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的止血时间、出血量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行改良式子宫背带式缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的产后出血患者,给予系统性护理干预措施能够有效提高临床治疗效果,减少出血量和缩短出血时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention for modified B-lynch uterine suture technique combined with carboprost tromethamine for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients with modified B-lynch uterine suture technique were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. All cases received carboprost tromethamine, in addition, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received systematic nursing intervention. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 73.33% of control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was superior to the control group in the hemostatic time and amount of bleeding（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve the curative effect of modified B-lynch uterine suture technique combined with carboprost tromethamine for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and late postpartum hemorrhage, which can reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the time of bleeding.
