摘要
目的探讨护士主导进行的电话再教育对门诊结肠镜检查患者肠道准备效果的影响。方法选取400例于我院门诊首次进行结肠镜检查的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各200例。对照组仅接受在预约时进行的肠道准备方法健康教育,观察组则增加电话再教育。对2组患者的肠道准备流程依从性和肠道准备清洁度进行比较。结果观察组患者的肠道准备流程依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肠道准备清洁度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士主导的电话再教育可提高门诊结肠镜检查患者的依从性和肠道准备清洁度,为结肠镜检查提供了良好的肠道环境。
Objective To investigate the influence of the nurse-led telephone re-education in the outpatients' bowel preparation for colonoscopy.Methods 400 outpatients for the first time colonoscopy were selected in our study,they were randomly divided to observation group and control group,200 cases in each group. The patients in control group only accepted a health education for method of bowel preparation when making appointment,the patients in observation group added telephone re-education. Indices for comparison and evaluation included patients' compliance in bowel preparation process and bowel cleanliness.Results The patients' compliance in observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between them had statistical significance(P〈0.05).At the same time,the patients' bowel cleanliness was also better than that in the control group,and the difference between them had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The nurse-led telephone re-education could improve the patients' compliance in bowel preparation process and bowel cleanliness,and provide a good bowel preparation environment for colonoscopy.
