摘要
为丰富和完善企业校园招聘理论,帮助企业理性选择招聘院校,从而提高招聘的有效性,通过回顾校园招聘研究现状,采用定性分析方法,将影响企业院校选择的因素归为三类,即主导因素、限制因素和促进因素,结合市场细分理论构建了企业招聘目标院校定位模型,并据此介绍了企业选择招聘目标学校的过程。
To enrich and improve the campus recruitment theory, help enterprises to choose collerationally, so as to improve the effectiveness of recruitment, the paper reviewed the status of campus recruiting research, used qualitative analysis method, put the affecting factors of enterprises choosing college classified into three categories: dominant factors, limiting factors and promoting factors, and combined with the market segmentation theory to build the enterprise recruitment target positioning model, and introduced the process of enterprise choosing college.
