需求导向型人才培养模式创新研究——以本科税收专业为例

需求导向型人才培养模式是促进大学生就业的必然要求,也是高等教育实现社会服务职能的基本途径。这一模式将需求导向、就业导向、能力导向有机结合起来,将创新理念融入人才培养的全过程,使学生职业生涯规划与社会需求相结合,专业教学与学生技能培养相结合。税收专业构建这一人才培养模式需要在教育教学过程中推进人才培养目标创新,加强税收专业课程体系建设,深化教学内容改革,构建多层次的教学平台。

Demand-oriented Personnel Training Mode is not only a necessary requirement to promote the employment of university students, but also the basic approach to achieve social service functions of higher education. This mode combines demand -oriented, employment -oriented and ability -oriented concepts together, assimilates innovative concepts into the entire process of personnel training, combines the social needs and students career planning together. The model needs to promote innovation of personnel training objectives, strengthen the construction of tax curriculum, deepen the reform of teaching content and build multi-level teaching platform in education process.
