人格特质对破坏性领导的影响研究——基于工作满意度和组织认同的中介作用 被引量:5

摘要 在220份问卷调查获得的数据基础上研究了基于工作满意度和组织认同中介作用的领导者人格特质对破坏性领导的影响。研究表明:领导者的人格特质是破坏性领导的前驱因素,在大五人格中神经质对破坏性领导有正向影响,外向性和宜人性对破坏性领导有负向影响;领导者的人格特质对其工作满意度和组织认同都有影响;工作满意度和组织认同对破坏性领导有负向影响;工作满意度和组织认同在领导者人格特质和破坏性领导的关系中起到中介作用。因此在进行领导者选拔时应重视人格特质对其的影响作用。
