老年患者手术治疗的需求正逐步增多,由于老年患者生理储备减少,且常常伴有慢性疾病、老年综合征、失能等多方面的问题,使得老年患者的围手术期管理更为复杂,需要多学科团队参与,全面的考虑风险、获益、功能、生活质量等方面的内容,从术前的评估预防、到术后的综合管理,进行个体化的管理,才能获得更好的效果。

Operation in elder people is increasing recently. Because of the reducing physiological reserve and multiple medical conditions, such as chronic diseases, geriatric syndromes and disability, the perioperative management of elder patients is more complex. The work of interdisciplinary team is necessary to achieve better outcomes, which take the risks, benefits and quality of life into account comprehensively, and individualized management should be made, including preoperative prevention and postoperative intervention.
