特发性CD4^+T淋巴细胞减少合并真菌性肺炎1例报告

One case report of idiopathic CD4+ T lymphocytopenia and fugal pneumonia

摘要 特发性CD4＋T淋巴细胞减少症（idiopathic CD4^＋T lymphocytopenia,ICL）为一种罕见的免疫缺陷病,通常在机会性感染后被发现,主要表现为机会菌感染、反复CD4^＋T细胞减少,类似获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）。诊断以CD4^＋T细胞减少为主要条件,但无人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染,预后较为良好。
