摘要
以东农47和PI317334-B杂交衍生的136个F4∶8代重组自交系(RILs)为对象,对其蛋白和油分含量进行正态分布检验及分析,同时利用182个SSR标记构建遗传图谱,并定位分别与大豆蛋白和油分含量相关的QTL,为深入改良及培育优质的大豆新品种提供了重要依据。结果表明:RILs在蛋白与油分含量的表型上的变异系数较大,分离程度好,且基本上呈正态分布;共检测到9个QTL,其中与蛋白含量相关的QTL有3个,分别位于N、C1和B2染色体上的标记SSR03_0428、SSR04_1192和SSR14_1153附近,贡献率范围为7%~8%;与油分含量相关的QTL有6个,分别位于C2、B1、B2、D2、G和I染色体上的标记SSR06_1630、SSR11_0460、SSR14_0395、SSR17_0721、SSR18_0278和SSR20_0273附近,贡献率变化范围为7%~43%。
In this study, a F4:8Population of 136 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from soybean cultivars Dongnong 47 and P1317334-B was used to analyze normal distribution of protein and oil content, respectively. And a total of 182 SSR markers were used to construct linkage map and identify QTLs associated with protein and oil conlent respectively, in order to provide important basis for further soybean improving and quality breeding. The results showed that a high variation coefficient of each trait in RILs was found and belonged to basically normal distribution. A total of 9 QTLs were identified with the two quality traits. Three QTLs were associated with pr,tein content on LG(linkage group) N, Cl and B2 linked with SSR mark SSR03_0428, SSR04_1192 and SSR14_1153, respectively, explained 7%-8% of phenotypie variation. Six QTI,s associated with oil content were located on LG C2, B1, B2, D2, G and I linked with SSR mark SSR11_0460, SSR14_0395, SSR06_ 1630. SSR17_0721, SSR18_0278 and SSR20_0273, respectively, explained 7%- 43% of phenotypic variation.
