摘要
目的检测食管癌手术患者食管-胃吻合口上方食管黏膜的氧化应激相关产物mRNA表达量,探讨侧侧吻合术的抗反流效果。方法收集食管癌手术后复查患者食管-胃吻合口上方食管黏膜活检标本,其中侧侧吻合组20例,端端吻合组20例。采用实时定量PCR技术检测活检标本中血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和热休克蛋白70(HSP70)mRNA的表达量。结果侧侧吻合组HO-1、iNOS和HSP70 mRNA的表达量均低于端端吻合组(P<0.05)。结论与食管-胃侧侧吻合术可以有效降低食管癌术后反流。
Objective To investigate the anti-reflux effect of the esophagogastric side-to-side anastomosis by detecting oxidative stress indicators of esophageal mucosa above anastomotic stoma.Methods The mRNA expressions of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)were detected by real-time quantitative PCR technique in40 mucosa biopsy specimens from 20 cases underwent side-to-side anastomosis(group A)and 20 cases underwent end-to-end anastomosis(group B).Results The mRNA expressions of HO-1,iNOS and HSP70 in group A were lower than those in group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared to end-to-end anastomosis,side-to-side anastomosis can effectively reduce the reflux in the patients after esophageal cancer surgery.
